2002 Olympic & Paralympic Cauldron Plaza
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH

The plaza is located on the southwestern corner of the University of Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium. The new plaza allows for unrestricted public access to the base of the cauldron and features eight monuments telling the comprehensive story of the Games with photographs and information plaques.
